All are integrated in a specific sequence for a specific length of time for a specific outcome.
As a teacher of kundalini yoga, I am here to share the knowledge of the technology but it is through your own personal experience and practice where you will gain wisdom to enable practical application to your life where you can experience grace, prosperity and fulfilment.
